TechThai Solutions is hiring a customer support specialist to handle our international clients and English-language support tickets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone (English primary)
- Log and track issues in Zendesk CRM
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team
- Maintain the help centre knowledge base
**Requirements:**
- Fluent written and spoken English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
- 2+ years customer support experience
- Familiar with CRM tools (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
